Purely Boston will accept returns for products within 30 days of purchase that are not used, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
To return an item please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line “return”. Include your first name, last name, email & order number. Please make sure the email you provide us, is the same email you used when placing your order.

We are not able to offer exchanges for products at this time, but you can of course return your merchandise for a refund to your original form of payment and repurchase your desired product whenever you’d like.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns on any items marked as final sale.
