Trade Deadline Has Come And Gone, New Faces For The Boston Bruins. Hosting Calgary Flames Tonight

The Boston Bruins got dominated by the Vancouver Canucks 9-3 in regulation. Despite the Bruins losing, David Pastrnak notches two more goals to his list to make it 45 and remains leading the NHL. Perhaps one of the worst games played this season, hopefully the Bruins can bounce back at home.

The Bruins will host the Calgary Flames tonight at the TD Garden. The last time these two teams have played was just last Friday so less than a week ago. The Boston Bruins went on to defeat the Flames 4-3.

With the trade deadline over with some new faces on the team include a couple Anaheim Ducks. The Boston Bruins added Nick Ritchie and Ondrej Kase from the Ducks and in return gave them Prospect Axel Anderson, David Backes, Danton Heinen, and a 2020 Draft Pick. Both trades were separate transactions and Don Sweeney is relieved of not going over the salary cap.
