Bruins Continue Road Trip On A Hot Streak: Calgary Flames Tonight

The Boston Bruins ended up winning in overtime against the Edmonton Oilers, with the winning goal coming off of the stick of David Pastrnak. On top of the winning goal, the first goal scored for the Bruins came from Patrice Bergeron.

With David Backes not being in the line up and just remaining on the bench it seems that he has found a new home. The Boston Bruins today traded the veteran winger, Prospect Axel Anderson, and a 2020 First Round Draft pick for Anaheim Ducks Ondrej Kase.

Ondrej Kase brings to the Bruins 7 Goals and 16 Assists. Ondrej has experienced some illness as he was listed day to day. He won’t be making the trip with his new Boston team but I’m sure he will make his appearance in no time.

The Bruins head to Calgary to continue their road trip in Canada. The Flames are coming off of a one game win compared to the Bruins who have won four straight and have dominated their last ten games (9-1-0).
